Tablescapes
Create beautiful table settings where buyers
will picture themselves relaxing on their patio
or balcony. Buyers are unimaginative on how
things might look. A bare table looks just like
a bare table to them, not a table where they
will enjoy a relaxing meal or drink.
Set the table
with a tablecloth and place mats.

Fresh flowers as a centerpiece in a nice
vase or a small attracting potted plant.

Tip: keep in mind what the weather conditions maybe. Stage
tables to meet the weather conditions. Areas
subject to gentle breezes should use heavy or
secured glasses that are less likely to blow
over; tablecloths that are secured at the bottom
or corners. (Professional stagers use earthquake
glue and Velcro strips to help secure items in
these conditions)
Do not use paper plates and cups or cheap plastic ones.
They will not stay in place and both types look
exactly like what they they are - “ cheap.” |
