A large part of first impressions is how the yard looks. It
is one of the biggest parts of the 1st
visual impressions, similar to a large
frame on a piece of art.

Neatly manicured grass; mowed and
trimmed. No weeds, worn or brown
spots.

Shrubby trimmed back and neat.

Try to give yourself sufficient time
for fertilization to act on the yard
and trimmed trees and shrubby to
fill back out a little. Other wise
they look just trimmed.
